I bought this mouse for my MacBook last year. I will say the charge lasts a lot longer than my old cordless PC mouse than ran on batteries, but this thing constantly disconnects. If I’m idle for more than a few seconds, it disconnects. In fact, as I’m writing this it has disconnected twice. I’m forever jiggling it and clicking to get it to connect again. SMK-Link VP4350 RemotePoint Global Presenter Can’t get to work on Windows 7 - J. Landay - Seattle, WA USA
I have not been able to get this to work with Windows 7 (it worked fine for me with Vista). I have had no problems with the older 4150 model (no joystick) working with Windows 7. Any ideas out there?

The attempt to combine a keypad with a calculator didn’t work out well. The “mode” indicator is in tiny! print at the upper margin of the screen and is hard to see. Also, when you shift to the keypad mode, there is what feels like a lengthy delay before you can start entering digits. (A faint image shows up on the bottom of the computer screen to tell you it’s linked.) In calculator mode it takes a while to get used to the labels and placement of the function keys. Two features that I liked were the “sleep” mode, which kicks in after 4 minutes to save the batteries, and the 00 key for entering whole dollar amounts.
