Payday Loan - 3 Things to Consider Before Getting Payday Loans

Posted by biohubieran on 15 августа 2010

Trying to get instant cash is one of the most stressful situations that you may encounter in today’s life. There are times that emergencies come and you don’t know where to get a specific amount of money. When you’re living in US, there’s a single guide that you can rely on and that is payday loan online. But of course, making the right decision is a must that you should put into consideration.

Actually, there are 3 acceptable things that you should consider before you finally get cash. These things are very important in getting what you need. As we all know, the world is filled with scams and as much as possible you don’t want to get scammed yourself. As much as possible, you have to make sure that you’re not in trouble when getting your cash.

Know What’s Legal

If you live in United States, the maximum loan that you can only borrow is $500. And take note, it should not take more than 10-31 days to pay such an amount. There is no exceeding amount that can be borrowed in the state. Most pay-day loan in the place is online or by means of loan stores. Most borrowers should look for payday-loan online within the cities of Opelika, Jacksonville, Montgomery, Mobile, Herberger and Birmingham.

The Lender must Offer Repayment Options

Just in case you can’t pay your loan in full, you can avail of payment extensions from your lender. But then, if you can’t pay to online payday loan, it is advisable to not make it as your fallback. As much as possible, avoid the debt cycle because it will only make your interest grow bigger and bigger. And each time you request for an extension, it can be more difficult to pay your original loan.

Interest Rates the Lending Companies Charge

Most companies in United States offer loan quotes and allow customers to compare rates as they apply online. You can observe that most individuals in the state prepare to apply online rather than visiting office location. This is due to the fact that online applications can be easily approved compared to traditional loan applications.

In conclusion, getting loans is not that difficult. As long as you can pay at a given period of time, you’re free to apply for loans. After all, choosing payday loan online is the most important thing that you should consider when you’re living in the state.

No More American Visa For Muslims

Posted by biohubieran on 14 августа 2010

Last Wednesday I got a pirated copy of just released movie “MY NAME IS KHAN “. After watching 2.40 hours movie, I got surprised that the stream of the movie was crystal clear. Though piracy has affected revenue but the film recorded a worldwide collection of estimated US $ 18 million for 1st week.

The movie is released at that time when a growing number of Muslims are victims of extra security checks and humiliations in international airports because of a recent attempt by a 23 year old Nigerian Muslim to blow a plane at Detroit airport on the Christmas day of 2009 and subsequent security checks have added an unexpected bonus to the film reason being that this movie has struck the minds of those who directly or indirectly faced harassment in airports only because of carrying a Muslim name would be enthusiastic to see the movie and it will increase the revenue of the film.

“MY NAME IS KHAN” is about racism and humiliation against Muslims after 9/11 attacks by Al-Qaeda upon America. The film has also an angle of losing and regaining love of Rizwan Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) and journey to America for bringing his love back. The movie is based on the fact that inconvenience is being caused by US security for those people who have a valid American visa but they carry a Muslim name like Khan, Muhammad, Rehman etc.

I too had such kind of experience when flying to America in 2006. Though I was carrying all legal documents like American Visa etc, But as I reached at the security checkpoint one officer pointed at me asked to follow him. I had to stay there for six long hours for embarrassing security checking before I could board another flight. At that time a thought “if my name had not been Khan I would not have missed the flight to Ohio”.

Most of the Thinkers feel why the west does not invest time and money in knowing the root cause of terrorism. Because it is not any community who is involving in terrorism, it is a handful of individuals who are doing this.

Rashid Khan is has been associated with visa and immigration services from the last 12 years. He has provided consultancy to thousands of people successfully. He prefers writing about issues related to US Visa

The Online Video Spokesperson Presents A Personal Touch

Posted by biohubieran on 12 августа 2010

Just when you think you can’t get any more interactive with Flash, DHTML and other dynamic tools available on the web today something else comes along to add new meaning to the word “interactivity”. The latest buzz in web technology is Online Video Spokesperson. Online Video Spokesperson Technology gives the viewer the illusion that someone in front of the screen is talking directly to them. It somehow emulates the experience we have when watching a weather forecast. A weather man/woman is standing in front of a screen with a graphic representation of the weather on it and he/she explains what is happening. Online Video Spokesperson gives the web that personal touch that is as yet unrivaled.

Online Video Spokesperson is a method for providing live motion video that plays over the top of any existing website in fluid presentation without being restricted to a media player window. This amazing new technology allows internet marketers and web entrepreneurs to update, announce or present their products and services in a captivating, engaging manner that affects the buying decision of the consumer through personal interaction.

This new technology allows a real person to walk out over the top of an existing Flash or HTML based web page and deliver a promotional message, special offer or company information and direct them to your particular “call to action”. There is no need to redesign the existing site in order to accommodate this feature. This tool virtually eliminates the need for headlines and catch phrases. What could be more effective than someone actually telling you what is important?

With millions of sites all over the world trying to catch attention, it is very difficult to keep visitors in one site for more than 3 minutes. Keeping the visitor for longer than that is an achievement in itself. Getting the same person to visit different areas of your site is the real challenge. If you are an online merchant such as Amazon.com, how can you sell if you’re visitors don’t stay long enough to look through your products?

Did you know that the television industry’s key income generator is paid advertisements? And how do they make sure these advertisements are seen? They show blockbuster movies, game shows, soap operas, news, etc. Online Video Spokespersons function much the same way as these methods used by television networks to entice viewers.

Seeing a person moving around the screen provides the illusion of that person being in the same room with you and in front of you. An Online Video Spokesperson automatically raises interest in the site and has the effect of the viewer or browser to want to see more. It’s very effective as an eye-catcher.

Online Video Spokesperson is a marketing tool that gives visitors of a website that much needed person touch that is found lacking in most websites today. Consumers on the web need to feel that the online company they are thinking of giving their business to is sincere and is able to give them the best service they can provide. An Online Video Spokesperson gives that much needed assurance.

Stephen Stills Stephen Stills Rock Music CD Review

Posted by biohubieran on 3 августа 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Stephen Stills has released him most recent CD entitled Stephen Stills.

I wish it weren’t the case but, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Stephen Stills. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Stephen Stills has a pleasantly varied, mix of 10 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly talented artist. Most of the songs display a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Seemingly drawing from what I can only imagine are him own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions like love, and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard.

Listen to and I think you’ll agree that the song choices are excellent, the production is outstanding and Stephen Stills is clearly in top form.

While this entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 2 - Do For The Others, track 4 - Old Times Good Times, and track 10 - We Are Not Helpless

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Love The One You’re With. Great track!

Hollywood Mystery and Suspense Classics

Posted by biohubieran on 19 июля 2010

Who doesn’t like a good mystery? Mystery based movies have always been, and always will be, loved by movie fans. A good Hollywood mystery with a solid story line, a healthy dose of suspense, and an often violent portrayal of crime is almost guaranteed to provide the viewer with a heaping portion of thrills and chills.

When it comes to mystery and suspense classics, Director Alfred Hitchcock is legendary. His contributions to this movie genre are virtually unequaled in the history of motion pictures. One of Hitchcock’s classic thrillers is Rear Window, released in 1954. This film successfully combines a murder mystery with an examination of personal ethics. James Stewart plays magazine photographer L.B. Jefferies who sits confined to his wheelchair as a result of a broken leg.

To help pass the time, Jefferies watches his neighbors from the rear window of his third-floor apartment. Directly across from his apartment live salesman Lars Thorwald (Raymond Burr) and his bedridden wife. The two quarrel often. It isn’t long before Jefferies penchant for voyeurism has him convinced that Lars has murdered and dismembered his wife. Rear Window is a mystery and suspense classic, and is widely considered as one of Hitchcock’s very best.

Another Hitchcock film that displays his ability to entertain with mystery is North by Northwest. Released in 1959, the movie employs the classic mystery suspense concept of mistaken identity to involve an innocent man in espionage and murder. Advertising executive Roger Thornhill (Cary Grant) is mistaken to be a government agent and seized by two unknown men. After interrogating Thornhill, who his captors believe to be a government agent named Kaplan, they unsuccessfully attempt to murder him.

When no one will believe his story, Thornhill sets out to find the real Kaplan only to end up implicated in murder. Innocent man Roger Thornhill is now being pursued cross country by both his own government, and the representatives of an unknown organization. The film climaxes with a dramatic cornfield chase (the famous crop dusting scene), and a breathtaking battle on Mount Rushmore.

The film noir crime drama Murder, My Sweet directed by Edward Dmytryk, and based on the Raymond Chandler novel ‘Farewell, My Lovely’ was released in 1944. In the film, Detective Philip Marlowe (Dick Powell) is hired by Moose Malloy (Mike Mazurki), just out of prison after serving seven years, to locate his former girlfriend Velma (Claire Trevor). This job is easier said than done as lead after lead turns into lies, bribery, theft, and the dangerous noir inevitable - the femme fatale. This film gave actor Dick Powell an opportunity to change his screen image. Primarily known as a song and dance star, Powell’s performance as the hardboiled detective was a successful one.

Also from the film noir genre is 1953’s tense and well-crafted story The Hitch-Hiker, directed by film-noir actress-turned-director Ida Lupino. This movie was based, in part, on a true story. While on a fishing trip, a car driven by Roy Collins (Edmond O’Brien) accompanied by his friend Gilbert Bowen (Frank Lovejoy) stop to pick up a hitch-hiker. This is not just any hitch-hiker. Emmett Myers (William Talman), who appears to be a stranded motorist, is in fact, a murdering psychopath. Myers orders the men to take him to Baja, California. Along the way, he sadistically taunts the men letting them know just what he has in store for them at the end of the journey.

Enjoy the powerful, creepy, and sleazy performance of actor William Talman. This motion pictures tag-line says it all - “When was the last time you invited death into your car?”

Film noir provides another mystery and suspense classic with the film This Gun for Hire, based on author Graham Greene’s novel ‘A Gun for Sale’. The film stars Alan Ladd as Raven, a hit man who has been double-crossed by nightclub owner Williard Gates (Laird Cregar). As the club owner will soon find out, double-crossing a hit man is not a very good idea.

While on a train taking him to Gates, Raven meets nightclub magician and singer Ellen Graham (Veronica Lake) who is working with Detective Michael Crane (Robert Preston) to use Gates as a way of finding out who is manufacturing poison gas for the Japanese. Together they form an uneasy alliance against a common enemy. This film is credited with making Alan Ladd a star.

The 1940s and 1950s are considered ‘the golden era’ for film noir movies. These crime-based movies were able to provide many of the mystery and suspense classics that audiences loved to watch.

Carl DiNello is an Article Author and Blog Owner whose passion is Hollywood history and those movies from the 1920’s - 1950’s that make up this rich history.

Enterprise Apps, SaaS and Cloud Computing - What Do They Mean For Businesses?

Posted by biohubieran on 15 июля 2010

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Have you been reading 2010 IT predictions lately? Have you seen one that does not mention “Cloud”?

Do you remember when Al Stewart released the Year of the Cat?

No doubt about it, 2010 is the Year of the Cloud. In fact it is likely that the term “Cloud” will cover an ever bigger spectrum and that related terms such as SaaS and the XaaS suite of acronyms will fall under “Le Nuage” as wider, non techie, audiences get more familiar with the concept.

App to SaaS to PaaS to App!

I got intrigued by the recent post of Phil Wainewright titled “Is SaaS the same as cloud?”. One particular comment on the post drew my attention:”the cloud needs vendor neutral, non-intrusive and inexpensive integrations in order to allow customers pick, choose, combine and build solutions”.

What we are seeing with current PaaS initiatives from big vendors, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, SAP, Intuit and Zoho, is an attempt to increase application wallet share through an ecosystem of partners. The message is clear: start with our core app (emails for Google, CRM for Salesforce or Zoho, accounting for Intuit, ERP for SAP…) and add certified modules from our partners. It is not a new idea but it is legitimate on three fronts: 1) large vendors drive additional revenues to justify their enormous infrastructure/development costs 2) smaller app providers expand their reach thanks to the brand power of the big vendors 3) end users benefit from much required apps integration.

The Cloud will give more freedom for users to pick and choose freely the most suitable applications (mostly SaaS) in terms of features, cost and integration needs. There will be one challenge though. How to find organized, independent and neutral information about all integration points available?

One to watch: Integration - the future for SaaS and Cloud Apps?

The key to effectively leveraging a SaaS investment is delivering real-time integration between SaaS applications and other enterprise applications and data behind the corporate IT firewall. It’s important that the integration delivered is flexible and scalable - with reusable components and as little custom code as possible.

Today Small businesses use a myriad of online applications. These don’t always fully integrate, or give a complete picture of what is happening. This matter is becoming a growing concern for all enterprises and integration is often coined the number one issue prior to buying a new app.

I believe that there will be a model developing in parallel: “vendor neutral, non-intrusive and inexpensive integrations”. Through open APIs smaller vendors will allow other app providers to integrate 1:1 overcoming larger platforms constraints and cost.

What is likely to develop is an hybrid model where a user, prior to choosing a new application, will look at vertical one to many platform integrations and horizontal one to one integrations. An example: I want to make sure that my email marketing app is integrated with my CRM and also with my newsletter template generator while the latter does not need to be integrated with my CRM.

There are two kinds of integrations: Bottom up or one to many, where you integrate your app with a platform provider, usually a publisher of a core business app such as CRM (Salesforce.com) or email (Google).

One to many, which usually involves an API that’s present in each other’s products.

In any case, clearly companies who embrace cloud computing and SaaS will be extremely well equipped to outperform less forward-thinking rivals in the future.
